We install premium synthetic turf on a properly prepared base with drainage, so it performs beautifully in Ontario's climate — no puddles in spring, no dead patches in summer, no mud in fall.
OUR PROCESS
We measure your area, assess drainage conditions, and help you choose the right turf product for your use case — lawn, putting green, or pet area.
Existing sod is removed, the area is excavated to proper depth, and a compacted crushed stone base with drainage is installed.
Turf is rolled out, trimmed to fit, seamed together invisibly, and secured with landscape spikes around the perimeter.
Silica sand or crumb rubber infill is spread and brushed in to keep blades upright and add ballast. Final grooming for a natural look.

It can get warm in direct sun, similar to a deck or patio surface. Newer turf products with lighter-coloured infill stay significantly cooler. For pool areas, we recommend products specifically designed to minimize heat retention.
When installed on a proper base, absolutely. We excavate to proper depth and install a compacted granular base that drains as fast or faster than natural soil. Spring thaw and heavy rains are not a problem.
