WHAT WE INSTALL

Your Backyard Doesn't Have to Disappear at Sunset

You invested in a beautiful outdoor space — lighting lets you enjoy it after dark. Professional landscape lighting highlights your home's architecture, illuminates pathways for safety, and creates the kind of evening ambiance that makes you want to stay outside all night.

We install low-voltage LED systems that are energy efficient, long-lasting, and easy to maintain. Every fixture is positioned for maximum effect and wired to a transformer with timer and dimming control.

OUR PROCESS

How We Light Your Space

1

Lighting Design

We visit your property at dusk to identify key features to highlight — trees, architecture, pathways, water features, and entertaining areas.

2

Fixture Selection

We select professional-grade LED fixtures — path lights, spotlights, wall wash lights, and step lights — matched to your project's style.

3

Installation

Low-voltage wiring is buried or integrated into hardscape. Transformer is mounted and connected with timer and dimmer controls.

4

Night Adjustment

We return after dark to fine-tune fixture angles, brightness levels, and timer settings until everything looks perfect.

INVESTMENT GUIDE

What Does Outdoor Lighting Cost?

Outdoor lighting projects typically range from $3,000 to $15,000+ depending on the number of fixtures and complexity of the design. A focused pool and patio lighting package is on the lower end, while a full-property lighting design with uplighting, path lights, and architectural accents will be higher.

Key factors that affect cost:

  • Number of fixtures needed
  • Fixture quality and brand
  • Wiring distance from transformer
  • Integration with existing hardscape
  • Smart controls and dimming systems

FAQ

Common Lighting Questions

Is outdoor lighting expensive to run?

No. Modern LED landscape lighting uses very little electricity. A typical system with 15 to 20 fixtures costs just a few dollars per month to operate. LED bulbs also last 40,000+ hours, so you're not constantly replacing them.

Can lighting be added to an existing patio?

Absolutely. We can add lighting to existing hardscape, decks, and landscaping. Low-voltage wiring can be buried along edges and through garden beds without disturbing your existing work. It's one of the best after-the-fact upgrades you can make.

Do I need an electrician?

Low-voltage landscape lighting systems (12V) don't require a licensed electrician for the outdoor portion. The transformer plugs into a standard outdoor GFCI outlet. If you don't have an outdoor outlet, we'll coordinate with an electrician to add one.
